Dr Katrina Sanders

Dr Sanders is a highly skilled Chief Medical Officer with extensive experience in the development, management and quality assurance of health systems.  She has experience in the delivery of health initiatives nationally and internationally and holds a Masters Degree in Public Health and Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners.  Dr Sanders has redefined the strategic direction of health in support of law enforcement and is a recipient of the Australia Day Achievement Medallion 2019 in recognition of this work.

Dr Sanders has experience consulting to private and government agencies on health initiatives in support of strategic objectives including the health requirements for deploying personnel in support of the Australian government response to West Africa Ebola crisis, Australian Defence Force experience and health consulting to international police jurisdictions. A key note public speaker domestically and internationally, Dr Sanders is widely regarded as a leader in the field of first responder health and assists organisations to achieve better health outcomes for their workers.
